The Leadership Team is made up of the Pastor (Dek Dudfield), his wife Heather Dudfield and Daniel Lee. This team are responsible for overseeing the church and its ministries. They bring the vision and define the culture of the church.
Dek Dudfield has been the Senior Pastor of the church since 2006. His desire is to equip and empower the local church to have a significant impact on the surrounding community and to see many come to know Jesus. Dek was a Lorry Driver for many years until he felt the call to go full time for the church.
Heather has been married to Dek for 26 years and together they have 2 grown up children. Heather qualified as a Probation Officer in 1990 and works in social services. She particularly enjoys working with children and ran the church’s ‘Noah's Ark’ Carer and toddler group for 19 years. Heather’s desire is to see the Church reach into the local community by showing God's love through acts of kindness and service.
The Church leadership team is supported by The Trustees or Church council, which is made up of 5 members: Ada Adeghe, Mark Corbin, Satty Sunda and the leadership team themselves.
