ROOM HIRE

Our rooms at Excel Church and Bilston People's Centre (our community arm) are available for hire. We have a variety of rooms suitable for many different purposes. We have a car park with a good number of parking spaces.

Please note: We DO NOT hire our rooms for parties or family functions. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

The rooms we have available for hire are:

​Excel Church Main Hall (Capacity 220 theatre style) - Projector and PA System available.

​

Excel Church Rear Room (Capacity 25 theatre style, 20 classroom style) - TV screen available

​

BPC Main Hall (includes use of full fitted kitchen) (Capacity 60 theatre style, 40 around tables) - Projector available

​

BPC Upper Room (lift access available) (Capacity 30 theatre style, 25 classroom style) - TV screen available

​

Office Space (available for one to ones and counselling sessions)

We are able to provide tea, coffee and biscuits for £2 per person, and for larger events and conference, we are able to arrange catering, if required.
